Thomas is one of the pioneers in the executive search business in the Greater China region.He is based in Beijing,where he has strong knowledge and connections in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industries in the China market. He has been with GrammyTech for 10 years. He joined GrammyTech in 1995 as Consulting Manager in Hong Kong and was moved to Beijing in 1998 to manage our recruitment business in North China region. He was then transferred to Senior Assignment Team in 2002 for providing search and selection services for computer vendors on top management positions such as CEO, CIO, CTO, General Manager, Country Manager, Sales VP, and Regional Director etc. Thomas once worked in the Information Technology industry for about 10 years. Prior to joining GrammyTech, he has worked for Swire Group and Asian Electronics for marketing hardware, software, and integration services to multinational clients in Hong Kong.
Thomas graduated from Sydney University, Australia with a Bachelor in Engineering.

Kelvin Chan, Partner of GrammyTech Senior Assignment Unit, is responsible for providing senior executive search and selection services to multinationals in the Information Technology industry in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region.
Kelvin has more than 10 years of experience in high tech recruitment search. He joined the Hong Kong operation of GrammyTech in 1996 and was transferred to Senior Assignment Team in 2002 with a focus on handling the search of middle to senior management positions such as Sales Director, Technical Director, and Project Manager etc. Kelvin once worked in the Information Technology industry for about 10 years. Before joining GrammyTech, he has worked for IBM and Wang for selling enterprise solution to multinational clients.
Kelvin graduated from University of Concordia, Canada, with a Bachelor in Commerce.

Daniel Mou,co-founder of GrammyTech Executive Search, has been Senior Partner and Business Director of the company since 1992. Under his leadership, GrammyTech has grown from a start up to a substantial sized organization with seven regional offices and 100 employees in Greater China region.
Currently, Daniel is holding the position of Business Development Director in the company. He is responsible for exploring new business opportunities and prospective clients from overseas countries such as the United States and European countries.
Daniel acquired over some fifteen years experience in the computer industry prior to founding GrammyTech. He has worked for Olivetti, Nixdorf Computer, Computerland USA, Oriental Data System, and ODS-Systempro in the areas of sales, marketing, and operational management. Apart from experience gained in the IT sector, Daniel also has exposure in corporate finance and management while he was employed by Mauki and Rose International, a public listed conglomerate, as Director of Merger and Acquisition in Manufacturing and Commercial Sectors.
Daniel is a graduate of New York University, with a Bachelor in Computer Science.

Jeff has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has taken on a variety of functional roles including sales, marketing, and business development. Jeff has worked for a wide spectrum of IT companies including NCR, Netscape, Lucent, and some top local IT distributors. Prior to joining GrammyTech, he was working in Avaya in the capacity of Sales and Marketing Manager Jeff is based in Hong Kong with his focus on handling regional senior assignments in Greater China region.
