Dr.
Terence Kwai was educated at California Institute of
Technology and Harvard Business School. He had worked for Egon
Zehnder International for three years. Egon Zehnder is one of the
largest and most prestigious executive search firms in the world. At Egon

telecommunications, industrial products and consumer goods.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Dr. Kwai was a consultant with Cap Gemini
Ernst & Young, the second largest management consulting firm
in the world. He advised multinationals on strategy and operations.
Dr. Kwai had written several books, including:
1. Strategic Planning and Control: A New Dimension to Asian Business
2. Japan and China: Prospects for Economic Partnership
3. Multinationals in China: Execution in a Dynamic Economy
He was editor of ITHeadline.com, an online magzine for IT
professionals and executives in Greater China.
He has also written cases on "Managing the Digital Firm" in
the setting of HongKong and Mainland China.
In addition to his work at GrammyTech.
Dr. Kwai is an independent consultant on China and an executive coach, coaching
