Access to and use of the content on web site www.grammytech.com ("Web Site") are provided by GrammyTech Limited ("Company") and are subject to the following terms and conditions. You agree that the use of the Web Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date when you first use the Web Site. This policy applies to all registered and unregistered users of Grammytech.com and may from time to time be updated, revised, reposted and changed where Grammytech.com deems necessary, you are advised to visit this page periodically to review this.

Together with all Exhibits to these Terms and Conditions form a Binding Agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Grammytech.com. Your access to or use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are agreeing to use the Site at your own risk. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the Site.

The terms "you", "user" and "users" herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing and/or using the Web Site at any time for any reason or any purpose.

All information, graphics, texts, image content and designs as contained in the Grammytech.com web site are the properties of GrammyTech Limited and protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. In accessing the web site, users agree that the content may only be downloaded for own personal non-commercial use.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, download, transmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate, store (in any medium), adapt or change in any way content of these GrammyTech home pages for any other purpose whatsoever without prior written consent of GrammyTech Limited.

 
Web Site Use

The user agrees to use the Web Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Web Site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within the Web Site.

The user shall not use the Web Site to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

The user shall not use the Web Site to transmit, publish, upload, post, circulate or store any material which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libellous or is otherwise offensive or objectionable. The user shall not use any tool, software or program or act otherwise to disturb the normal operation of the server of the Web Site. The user shall not purposefully or deliberately overload the system of the Web Site. The user shall not transmit any computer virus or any damaging program to the Web Site and to its members.

 
Specific users - Job Seeker(s)

User(s) seeking employment on the Web Site ("Job Seeker(s)") agree to keep their Login name and password with care and not to disclose them to any other person. Job Seekers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and for any (authorised or unauthorised) use of the Login name and password. The Job Seekers agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of the name.

 
Responsible of user

Job Seekers shall not post any incomplete, false or inaccurate resume information to the Web Site or the Company.

All information submitted by the Job Seekers to the Web Site must be legal, decent, non-discriminatory and truthful. The Job Seekers are solely responsible for the contents and material which they have submitted to the Web Site or the Company.

Job Seekers shall not respond to any employment opportunity for any reason other than to apply for the job advertised.

 
Use of Personal Information

The resumes submitted by the Job Seekers are intended for the purpose of providing relevant information to users or advertisers ("Employers") in seeking employees.

The personal data submitted by the Job Seekers will be used for the purpose of assisting the Job Seekers to seek for appropriate employment with the Employers and recruiter members of the Web Site or the Company.

In such event the resume will remain active on the company's web sites for a predetermined period until the Jobseeker makes a request to terminate that. The resume's information is also stored in the company's database. The company has the right to edit any Jobseeker's resume as it sees fit. The company will not disclose any personal data to any potential employer without his prior permission. The company will release the Jobseeker's brief resume without his name and contact information to third parties through the use of the company's search engineer or any other means, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Besides job matching, the company may use the jobseeker's personal information in activities related to our provision of service to the jobseeker and in direct marketing purposes. Jobseekers do agree with that. Otherwise, the Jobseekers can request the company to cease using their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

The company has derived internal staff codes for the purpose of ensuring that our staff will not use the Jobseekers' personal data for purposes other than those stipulated above, and reminding them the need to preserve the confidentiality of personal information.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Job Seeker is entitled to access his/her own personal data (subject to prior confirmation of identity) kept with the Company and he/she may edit or amend such personal data at any time. Any request for access or correction can be made by sending the request in writing to the Company.
