Responsibility: |
- Responsible for providing supply chain managment consulting services to existing and potential customers within Asia
- setup working protocol with various country sales managers, partners to engage actively on identified accounts. Spear head strategy, engagement model and delivery resources to assist clients in meeting business objectives
- Work closely with customer CIO to review, map and structure improvement opportunity across each organization. Initiate workshop for bench marking, fit-gap analysis group and ROI studies to identify the business success factor for SCM solution that brings business outcomes
- Co-support as industry practice solution manager for other identified customers in other vertical groups. Provide business process mapping support, business transformation landscape and leadership for corporate governance |
