SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with a sales team
- Knowledge of and experience with reviewing basic legal contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills: English and Chinese （Mandarin or Cantonese） |

Responsibility: |
- Facilitate processing of deals, including pricing and coordination with legal and contract administration
- Tracking and monitoring deals in the Machine and eSales to ensure they are moving properly through the process and the accuracy of the Forecast Reporting
- Working with APAC Sales Managers on forecasting and pipeline development and reporting
- Assisting the Director of Operations and the VP Sales, APAC in generating annual compensation plans
- Coordinating with Finance to ensure accuracy of Forecast data
- Supporting the sales team in the use of systems and tools （i.e., eSales, sharepoint, online portals）
- Reinforcing rules of engagement; forecasting policies and procedures
- Supporting the sales team in pipeline management, including generating and interpreting basic reports
- Manage the recurring daily, weekly and quarterly reporting needs of the team （e.g., scorecards, forecast,
pipeline, etc.） |
