Requirements: |
- 5+ years experience as a manager growing and managing a team with progressively responsible information technology experience in high volume engineering environment
- 2 years in a leadership capacity in services oriented framework
- Proven experience managing both domestic and international teams
- Proven project management skills
- Proven strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven team
- Technical background in IP Networks and Unix systems in a Service Provider environment
- University or College Technical degree
- Previous experience with network communication systems
- Familiarity with a variety of hardware and software applications

Responsibility: |
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services Organization in the US, the Manager of the Rapid Deployment group will be leading a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing enhanced services to multi-service telecommunications providers in APAC. You will have full responsibility for refining the services definition and ongoing delivery of these services. The team composition will be made up of primarily technical deployment engineers; onsite with customers, internationally remote, and HQ based. |
