  Requirements: Qualification and Required Experience: - At least 15 years sales and operation management experience in the application software, software, or consulting industry with the most recent experiences in Greater China market. -Prior experience in both direct and indirect sales models and be well connected to many key hardware vendors, channel partners and enterprises. - Demonstrated abilities to recruit/build/manage a successful sales team for achieving company assigned targets. Proven track record is required - Tertiary education required (BS/MS/EE/CS), MBA a plus. - Must be located full time in China. - Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is a must.
 
Responsibility:
Position Description: Take on the leadership role to refine the business model, work with and lead a sales and management team and formulate strategies and tactics to accelerate the growth and expansion of a software application business in Greater China reigon The candidate needs to exhibit a deep base of application software or consulting knowledge. A proven, highly articulate, business and results oriented leader is required. Specific responsibilities include: - Guide the company to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets - Lead the sales team to deliver performance in a consistent and timely manner - Conduct review and analysis of the existing business, product and services from time to time and refine appropriate sales strategies and business plan to be in line with current market situation. - Establish and manage financial controls and sett up operational procedures in line with company’s current needs and future growth. - Create high quality relationships with all strategic target customers. - Report to Senior VP of Asia Pacific on business progress Management leadership: Demonstrated career advancement and overachievement in managing and growing an application software company. Highly refined people management skills and business acumen, as well as the ability to effectively interact and create relationships at the highest levels within customer organizations. Location: The position will be based in either Beijing or Shanghai in China. Compensation: Compensation package will include a base salary paid on a monthly basis along with a performance-based bonus heavily weighted on company’s results.
