Requirements: |
1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting with strong emphasis in sales and project management
2. University graduate is a must and master degree is preferred
3. Proven achievement in working with major ERP vendors together with leading consulting firms
4. Successful track record in consultative selling working with business partners
5. Strong comment in Mandarin Chinese and English （written and verbal） and additional language would be nice.
6. Strong team player
7. Strong adaptive to change
8. Qualified individual must be extremely creative, quick learner and think out-of-the box

Responsibility: |
1. Focus in Greater China to recruit and develop channel partners
2. Strong experience in working with leading consulting firms to implement ERP, warehouse management, asset management, business intelligent and accounting systems.
3. Strong experience in design, rollout channel programs for targeted market and execute with value-added distributors.
4. Design lead generation program and build pipeline. This role will be measured on qualified pipeline generated per quarter as well as assisting the channel sales team to make quarterly quota.
5. This role is to build the pipeline for Channel Sales team mostly not for the current quarter but for future 2-3 quarters. Channel Sales team is to turn them from pipeline to orders
6. Work with country MDs, country Channel Director and Line of Business Sales leader to have a strategy for partner recruitment and develop them.
7. Strong track record to connect with key business partners to promote the Infor value and gain commitment to Infor.
8. Strong Proven execution of plan by working with cross-functional managers in various countries.
9. This position based is based in Shanghai or Beijing.
