Requirements: |
·Act as the program Director and work with multiple site-focused teams on setting up the project plans to set up the infrastructure, process design flows, hiring, execution, testing, start up and ramp of these new sites. ·Establish the E2E best practices for manufacturing operations and develop “Factory-of-the-Future” vision. Execute the new vision to new sites and drive convergence of existing sites. ·Liaise with Global Supply Chain organization functions: Procurement, manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Demand/Supply organizations on all aspects of fulfillment and new site development. ·Daily activities include: organizing, planning, commissioning and maintaining production lines; improving existing operations, incorporating new methods and processes; handling equipment purchase and installation; investigating operational problems affecting production; providing technical expertise and support; preparing manufacturing documentation required for product manufacture; driving and coordinating projects; providing manufacturing data; identifying ways to reduce production costs; managing budgets; working with engineering and other departments to produce cost estimates for new designs; giving presentations to engineers and colleagues in other departments; liaising with suppliers and customers; training and supervising staff; working with regulatory bodies to ensure safety, environmental and design standards are met; ·Frequent travel is required. ·Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably ME) with industrial, manufacturing, or automotive focus or equivalent. ·Minimum 8-10 years experience in building and managing fast lean manufacturing operations in high tech assembly industry. ·Quality Six Sigma (Green or Black) Belt certification.

Responsibility: |
· Senior Manager/ Director level experience in managing lean manufacturing assembly operations. · Proven records for running trials and evaluations within the manufacturing and technical teams, provide strong technical support & disciplined approach in resolving processing issue. · Demonstrated continuous improvement and issues resolution to reduce non-conformance and processing costs. · Ability to liaise with site, operations, logistics, and material heads as well as suppliers & customers on technical matters to contribute to improved speed, quality, and efficiency of the factory. ·Possess strong skills at building new manufacturing assembly sites with focus on optimized lean and fast moving operations with aggressive schedule. ·Experience in designing end-2-end flexible Cell-based manufacturing process flows to deliver target outputs with focus on quality and measurements. ·Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and proficient in Mandarin speaking ·Demonstrated ability to act independent, lead multiple teams, drive deliveries E2E, guide best business, and work within a tight project timeline. ·Good interpersonal skills and able to work and interact with people and senior leadership.
